To give you peace of mind we continue to offer a limited number of local pick up and delivery options each day for our service guests. For our sales guests, you can shop payments online, view incentives and rebates, shop various terms, and other options right from your smartphone or PC. Why do you remain open? 

We maintain staffing levels strictly based on a voluntary basis. Any of our team members that wishes to remain at home, for any reason, is allowed and encouraged to do so. 

While appointments are not necessarily required they are highly encouraged. You can easily schedule a service or sales appointment online 24/7 through our online chat service. Alternatively you can call us during business hours and one of our team members will be glad to assist you.

Is Service Open?

Yes, Our service department is operating for appointments and very limited number of walk in guests.

We also offer free local pickup and delivery of your service car as well. Please call or schedule an appointment online. We are happy to help as needed.  

What do I do if my current lease is expiring?

We strongly encourage you to have a Lease End Pre-inspection done. These are done by appointment only via a third party with Volvo Cars Financial Services (VCFS). Please reach out to VCFS directly to make arrangements. 

If you are just looking to return your Volvo and have VCFS conduct the final inspection after you drop off the vehicle please call our sales department for an appointment. Currently these appointments cannot be setup online. VCFS will conduct the final inspection and send you a bill for any lease end charges within 30-45 days. 

Can I have a Lease Pre-Inspection done? 

We strongly encourage you to have a Lease End Pre-inspection done. These are done by appointment only via a third party with Volvo Cars Financial Services (VCFS). 

Please reach out to VCFS directly to make arrangements. 

Can I buy a car right now?

Yes, You can contact us via our online chat, send us and email or call the store to get things going. We can then remotely deliver the car to your home or office if you like. Many of our first responders and healthcare professionals are taking advantage of this service.

Any guest experiencing financial hardships during this time is encouraged to contact Volvo Financial Services directly. We have plenty of options to assist our guests and help them through these unprecedented times. Individual guest's situations will be assessed. One of the many options we have available will be offered to assist you. We are here for and we will help you get through this.

If your Volvo lease is due now, or due in April we have a solution already in place for you. Please contact Volvo Financial Services to go over all your options
  1. If you wish to return your lease, no problem. One of the managers will complete all the CA DMV paperwork needed for you before you leave. We will contact Volvo Financial Services to complete your lease-end inspection from one of their 3rd party inspectors. We will do all the heavy lifting and walk you through what we are doing and what happens next.
